Rising artist Ashlie Amber is out with her new song “Those Nights”, bringing a fresh new sound that she’s calling ‘Country Vogue.’
In an industry that continues to blend new genres, sounds, and musical influences, Ashlie seems to have found a new sweet spot that she can truly make her own. It’s a really cool sound and hopefully people give it a chance.
“I’ve never been offended by critics accusing me of being ‘non traditional’,” Amber admits, “They’re right, I’m not classic country, I’m Country Vogue. This might be the first time someone has tried to categorize my music within the country community, but I’m not the first to walk in these high heels. If you ask me, Shania Twain is the woman to thank.”
“Those Nights” is Ashlie’s first song that she’s released that she also wrote, which has her very excited.
“It’s a dream come true! I’ve been dreaming about sharing my own voice through music since I was a little girl and to finally get to live out that dream is incredible. I couldn’t think of a better first single to be introduce to Nashville and the world as a songwriter then “Those Nights”. It’s surrounded by such great company, from Grammy and Emmy award winning producer Jamie Tate, to Universal Music composer/producer Morgan Matthews, and all the way down to some of the top session players in Nashville.”
She adds, “This song has a very chill, sexy and positive vibe, so I hope my fans love it and what to play it on repeat!”
So give “Those Nights” a listen and let us know what you think!
