New Music: June 3, 2019

Thomas Rhett dropped his Center Point Road album this week. With 16 songs on the album, he has once again over delivered for his passionate fans. “Don’t Stop Drivin’” is an uptempo song that has the potential to be a summer hit for Rhett in the future.

As we’ve talked about on a previous podcast, Granger Smith is doing some pretty cool things with his new music. His latest “Damn Strait” has him hearing nothing but songs from The King while going through a difficult spell with his woman. (Side note: It’s weird to see a love interest other than his wife Amber in the music video.)

Travis Denning is out with a new one this week in “Tank Of Gas and A Radio Song.” The “David Ashley Parker” singer sings about a much simpler love that is no more.

Rising country band Muscadine Bloodline has a new song that will pull at your romance strings. “Put Me in My Place” has the duo singing about that “different” feeling they experienced with someone new.

Vince Gill. Man is his voice something else. Take his latest release in “When My Amy Prays.” Gill is able to connect his wife’s faith and spirituality to his own in this powerful song. This is peak Vince Gill.

Roan Ash is an up and comer with one of the most “easy on the ears” voices you’ll hear. His latest “Little Things” is a song that will hook you in right away and have you in the palm of his hand the entire song.

Sugarland’s Kristian Bush dropped a six-song EP that was made for summer. “Coppertone and Chlorine” is one of the songs on Summertime Six Pack that will have you searching for a beach ASAP.
